The coffee scene got me completely — that slow build from resistance to surrender, dressed up as a morning ritual, is such a clever way to write desire without a single explicit line. And the second story's twist, loving someone exactly how they dreamed of being loved and it still not being enough, is the kind of ache that lingers longer than any spice would. Do these devastating little shorts come from a different place than the longer romantasy, or do they feed each other?

Loved both of these. Emotional whiplash!
